1. Send your list
Use WhatsApp or call the shop. Include product names, quantities and any sizes or brands. For novels and reading books, add the title and author. A clear photo of your list is welcome.
2. Confirm stock and the total
We will check available items and quote the price. Confirm any alternatives before the order is prepared. Ask about payment arrangements and any delivery charge so you know the total before agreeing.
3. Arrange pickup or delivery
For pickup, agree a collection time at our Sabhagriha Chowk shop. For delivery, send your Pokhara address, a nearby landmark and contact number directly to the shop. We will confirm whether delivery is available and the expected timing for your location.

Tell us your deadline at the start. Same-day delivery depends on stock, order time and your address. For office, school or group orders, send the full list early so there is time to confirm quantities and arrangements.
